At ASG My Custom Tees, we are dedicated to delivering your custom apparel and items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all products site-wide. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees at checkout—the price you see is the price you pay.

Processing Times

Because our items are custom-made, they require a brief processing period before they are ready to ship.

  • Standard Processing Time: Handling time is usually 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.

  • Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • Service: USPS Ground Advantage

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days after the item has been shipped.

  • Total processing time including Handling and Transit is between 4-8 business days after placing an order.

Shipping Schedule

We ship packages Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or on USPS-observed postal holidays.

Order Cutoff Time:

Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress as it makes its way to you.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We want to make sure your custom items reach you without delay!
